Order Processing & Shipping Orders are processed and shipped out Monday through Friday, exceptions being postal holidays and when the office is closed for vacation. It typically takes 1-2 business days to process an order. However, this does not apply when ordering Mirrix products, as these are shipped by Mirrix and depend on their order load. All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Handling is $1 and is built into the shipping cost you see in the shopping cart. Click here for post office holidays. Store Policies Missing Items: If any items from your order are missing or defective, please get in touch right away. The item(s) will be sent as soon as possible at no charge. In some cases, you may be asked to send the defective item(s) back. Postage will be reimbursed. Returns: All sales are final. Exchanges: You may exchange any bobbin of C-LON® thread or macrame bead cord if you need to try a different color. Gold Onyx tries it best to provide accurate website pictures, but realizes that colors vary between computers. Can I order by phone/mail/email? Yes! What forms of payment does Gold Onyx accept? · Cash - In person only · Check/Money order (Domestic and International) · Credit card - Can be done through the shopping cart or over the phone. Please do not send your credit card info in an email. It is unsafe! International Orders All countries may now order using the shopping cart! You may also place an order by email or by phone (Canada). Gold Onyx currently accepts Paypal and 2Checkout payments. Paypal works with 45 countries to transfer payment. Please click here to see if your country is listed. If your country is not listed and you will need to order by email or phone or mail and you may pay by sending an international money order. Free Delivery If you live in the town of Londonderry NH, delivery is free! Right now, the shopping cart is not setup for this. Please order by phone or email to get free delivery. Backorders If an item is not in stock at the time of your order, the available items will be shipped and when the remainder of your order is in stock it will be sent to you at no extra shipping charge. Regular items are kept in stock as much as is possible. If you would like to order than is in stock, you may do so by calling or emailing in your order. The thread page has been updated so that you can do backorders. Other pages will follow suit eventually. Thread, cord, beads and needles can be restocked within 1-2 business days. Tubes take about 3-4 weeks. Other items vary. Do you screen your calls? On occasion, yes, sometimes I do. Gold Onyx is a home-based business and privacy is important. If I think that the call is from a solicitor I will screen the call. But I will call you back right away after I hear your message, so please do leave one!
